Symtasia – Introduction

The two years of testing and studying on this idea have finally lead to a promising implementation approach. Let me introduce you to Symtasia!

Symtasia is my first web-based software. It is a tool written in javascript/python to allow the user to dynamically develop documents containing symbolic equations on the run.

The long-term aim is to develop a tool that brings all the equations in your documents to live by interpreting and solving the logical sequence of equations. This will allow the user to calculate without copying or retyping equations into another software and even convert the logic into other formats.

The web-based approach makes it independant of your operational system. All you need is a webbrowser and you’re good to go!

It is still under heavy development, but test versions will be launched soon so stay tuned!
